If you ever have found yourself wandering around Canal Park in Duluth and have wondered where the garbage cans get their sexy green coat of paint, wonder no more! The answer is right across the always broken slip bridge in the parking lot of Bayfront Park!
Before the massive rebuilding of the Lakewalk in the 2020s, every time a good storm would roll through it would often be left all busted up like this.
I'm sure this violates some flag rule and will piss off someone who takes the flag rules very seriously. Not my flag though so don't complain to me.
